Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please read the instructions carefully before returning any item to us.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized vinyl films unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our After-Sales Service team at Service@carwraponline.com.

  2. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Original order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Details of the replacement item (item name, color, and number)
  • Your shipping address and phone number

Return Process

  1. Your return request will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your email.

  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement within 1–3 business days.

  3. Please contact your local post office for the actual return shipping cost. We recommend using registered airmail with tracking.

  4. The return address will be provided via email after your application is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned parcel.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—sometimes posting delays occur.

  3. Contact your bank—refunds may take additional processing time.
    If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at Service@carwraponline.com.


Notes

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded (except for quality issues).

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. wrong color or size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee will be charged on any return.
